You may return any item within 14 days for a full refund or credit because of a gross grading error or manufacturer`s defect in new merchandise. Please email for return authorization before returning any items.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen postal shipments, so if you are ordering rare records, consider insurance. It will only cost you Euros 2-3 extra (only with Priority mail). Please let us know which method of shipment you prefer.
